All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to United States will take 2 – 4 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.

If by chance your item has not arrived within 30 business days please contact us at info@liveboldapparel.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual 30 days.

Returns

1. Items must not have been washed.

2. Items must not have been worn, other than to try it on.

3. You must be the original purchaser.

4. Please sends us an email stating what you would like to exchange.

5. ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING.  Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly get your items exchanged for the proper size. Before your exchanged items ship, we will send you a PayPal request for the shipping fees associated to return your package to you.  It will not ship until the payment has been received.

6. There will be NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on International orders.  All sales are final on International purchases.

Please note, ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and you will NOT be refunded for your shipping costs.
